HOW WE CAN SOLVE OUR PROBLEMS IN BAD EMOTIONS?

 

how to get rid of emotionsEmotions are ENERGY IN MOTION. They aren’t static. They are in constant flux. They are involuntary but it is not impossible to control them. The moment you feel emotion, it will not remain there forever. We know it all, that when we are happy, we will not feel it forever. Same logic applies when we are sad, it will not be there forever.

 

No one wants to feel bad. Unless you are a masochist who wants to hurt yourself. That is why I write this, to help people combat their emotions, bad emotions to be exact. As I said before, emotions are moving and we humans have this untapped gift to mobilize these emotions and this is what I will teach you here.

 

 

1. First, close your eyes and take a deep breathe.

2. Think of a memory, scenario, phenomenon that every time it comes into your mind, you cant’ help yourself but to feel bad. Love Life? Family problem? Problem in school? Whatever.

3. As you site one, notice where the feeling came from. Where in the part of your body you feel those feelings. Is it in your chest? In your stomach? In your fingers? Wherever it is, how many they are? Try to point them out.

4. Now, as you know where is it coming from, try to connect the points of your emotions. What shape doest it form? A triangle? A square, A star? Whatever it is.

5. Now, notice what color it is. Red, Blue, Yellow? Whatever color it is.

6. We shall try those emotions that took it shape to move. From where it came from, we shall move it to our chest. From our chest, we shall move it to our throat, to our mouth and at last to our two eyes.

7. Let it remain in your two eyes for a while.

8. Now, raise your two hands. Place it eyelevel, palms facing your face.

9. From here, we shall try to shoot the colored shaped emotion from our eyes onto our hands. We shall shoot it as how Cyclops (Xmen) shoot his power blast from his eyes.

10. From the count of 3, shoot it! 3-2-1!

how to get rid of emotions 211. Now, that colored shaped is in your hands now. Put your palms so it will face the heaven. From here we shall blow that colored shaped emotion from our hands on the count of three. 3-2-1! BLOW! Release it into the air!

12. Take a deep breathe and exhale, taking all the air from the lungs out. Do it 3 times.

13. Now, try to remember that same scenario, situations you thought before? Do you stil1 feel bad? You will still remember it. Its there. The lesson will remain. But the bad feeling you have will vanish or at lessen compared before.

14. The real benefit of this exercise will be extracted as you master the techniques. The more you do it, the better result you will have.
