MANTRA: A CURE FOR SLOBS

Panday_logo1A short post for today. I just want to share to you my very own effective way to overcome of AA’s (Attendance Anxiety and Approach Anxiety). Every time I am anxious to move, talk or act, I will ask my self this, “What will I learn from this?” As I ask my self that I question I slowly have the motivation to do what I am ought to do.

 

Applications:

 

1. When you are approaching a woman.

2. When you are doubting to attend something important.

3. When you are to do something that is scary.

 

Applications are limitless. Try it. If it does not work for you, invent your own. I am passionate for learning that is I why I believe it is working for me. It may work for you, it may not. In any case, adopt something that is really yours!
