Very true.
Your only limits are your own self-doubts.
Don't listen to negative family members or friends who think they are doing you a favor by not getting your hopes up.
So "get your hopes up" and do something that you will remember years from now.
Instead of “New Year’s Resolutions” of what you “want to do”…
Action Step:
Make a list of the 5 things you are resolving to NOT DO anymore in 2010.
